1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:

- The item received is incorrect (wrong product, size, or design sent by us).
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and unwashed,
- Be in its original condition,
- Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact,
- Be returned within 7 days of delivery.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are received damaged or incorrect:
- Customized or personalized products,
- Altered garments,
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale,
- Gift cards or promotional items,
- Items that have been worn, washed, stained, perfumed, or damaged after delivery.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us through the Contact Us page on our website within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Please include:
- Order number,
- Your name,
- Product name,
- Reason for return,
- Clear photos of the product and packaging (mandatory for damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
Returns requested after the specified period may not be accepted.
4. Return Approval
Once we receive your request, our team will review the details and respond within 2–5 business days.
If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
Please do not send any product back without return authorization.
5. Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges for:
- Wrong size sent by us,
- Wrong product sent by us,
- Damaged or defective products.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will bear the return shipping cost or arrange a pickup where available.
- If the return is requested for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
7. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- The refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds are generally completed within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.

9. Cancellation Policy

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost after verification.
11. Non-Delivery or Lost Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery status update.
We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the issue. Resolution will depend on the courier’s confirmation and investigation outcome.
